A. All of our practitioners are registered nurses, licenced by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). We renew our qualifications on an annual basis.
A. We’ll begin with a chat about your areas of concern, what you want to achieve, and the different treatment options available within your budget. We’ll talk you through the benefits of each treatment, along with any possible side effects. A detailed discussion about your medical history will inform us of any existing medical conditions that could make certain treatments unsuitable. It’s a free no obligation consultation, so if you decide not to proceed, you can walk away at the end of the session. If you decide to go ahead with treatment, we’ll take some (optional) photographs and ask you to sign a consent form before booking your first appointment.
A. All our procedures are considered low risk procedures.
A. All treatments are tailored to you as an individual. During your consultation session, your practitioner may recommend a course of treatments to help you achieve your desired look.

A. Your practitioner will provide you with full aftercare guidance following your treatment.
For anti-wrinkle injections you should avoid alcohol consumption, strenuous physical activity and touching the area for six hours after your treatment. You should also avoid lying down for four hours.
A. As with any medical treatment, there is no guarantee that the anticipated results of the treatment will be achieved. Our goal is to achieve improvement, rather than perfection. If you have any reservations about whether the treatment is right for you, please raise them with us during your initial consultation.
